Ah Mah talks about her journey to Yishun

While making her way from her Tiong Bahru house to my flat in Yishun, she likes to take a bus as it is more direct and involves less transfer. Today, she encounters this:

Lee Ah Mah says:

Today the bus like a bit different from the normal bus. The bus front display is orange instead of green for SMRT buses. When I boarded the bus, there is a lot of empty space at the front while most of the chairs are at the back. When the passengers has alighted and the doors are closing, it is like MRT, Door closing Du du du du du du. Number plate of the bus is strange too, starts with a SMB instead of TIB.

The Ah Mah....

Profile:

Name: Lee Ah Mah
Age: 71
Address: Somewhere in Tiong Bahru, Singapore
Hobbies: Taiji, bargaining in market, gossiping, watching Taiwanese Drama.

Her name is called Lee Ah Mah, 71, and she is one of the many typical old lady living and running in the street of Singapore. Seeing the (almost) everybody has a blog, she does not want to lose out (tpyical Singapore kiasu mentality) and also wants her fair share. However she is neither literate in English language nor computer savvy, I will be doing the translation and typing for her. Let's see how it goes....
